SHIPMENT POLICY
We ship the goods via DHL / FedEx / UPS/ USPS.
Normally, we(seller) bear the shipping fee, that means, free shipping for buyer (from USA). In some special cases(when the total order is less than $99), the buyer needs to pay $20 for shipping.
And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Handling time is excluded in the shipping time.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Producing Time + Shipping Time
Please note:
1. Most wigs can be processed within 2-4 business days. But processing time of other items or some special requirements like large cap size, would take another 1-2 days.
2. PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. A physical address is needed.
3. It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery in case any lost.
4. Recently, there will be some delay in delivery due to force majeure. Your understanding and patience are much appreciated. We will keep tracking the shipping status. If you have any other concerns, just let us know. If your order is urgent, pls contact us directly contact@vipwigs.com, or leave a comment on your order.
5. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
6. Our items will be stamped as "Gift" or "Sample" to avoid you being charged a customs fee. Usually, your order will not be charged a customs fee from beeoshair.com. In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
7. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
